Senegalese Television Broadcasting (Rts) has taken the lead in broadcasting the African Cup of Nations (Can), Ivory Coast 2024. The public company has acquired the exclusive media rights for the broadcast of the flagship competition of African football.
In a press release, the Senegalese Radio Broadcasting Television (Rts) informs that it has acquired the exclusive media rights for free broadcasting of the next African Cup of Nations (Can) scheduled for Ivory Coast in 2024 from January 13 to February 11. It has signed an agreement with New World TV. National television emphasizes that the matches will be broadcast live and exclusively on all its media (Television, Radio, digital platforms geo-blocked on Senegalese territory), in French and in Wolof.
According to the same source, the rights also include the opening ceremonies and
closing, the broadcast of highlights (Highlights) and match replays (replays). Public viewing spaces (Fanzones) will be organized throughout Senegal.
