Tsakani – The Tsakane Build It Premier Cup competition has come to an end after six weeks, with Duduza XI being the first champions of the competition.

On Sunday, Duduza played against All Nation at Malandela Ground, following the curtain raiser match between PCF Ladies and Moleleki Ladies.

The Moleleki were visitors from Katlehong, while the PCF came from Tsakani. The visitors lost 3-2 against the home team.
The last match was interesting as Lathiso Nkalane scored the first goal with Duduza XI equalizing.

Around half-time, Nkalane received a red card for using offensive language towards the referee. This raised the emotions of All Nation players and coaches.

A few minutes later, Mathafeng Motaung scored All Nation’s second goal just before the half-time whistle.

The second half continued with All Nation in the lead until Mafeha Mtetwa scored an equalizer two minutes before the end of the match.

The match was decided on penalties and Duduza became champion after beating All Nations 4-2.
The man of the match was Olban ‘Lenyora’ Khabe from Duduza.

The Build It league took a break for the cup to continue and will resume on Sunday at the Malandela Ground.
