Kwa-Thema – The Kwa-Thema Disability Club will host the Gauteng Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (GSAPD) at the Kwa-Thema Stadium on Saturday.

The day will celebrate Disability Awareness Month through a disability sports awareness program.

Club coach Aubrey Mathibela said they are inviting the community to join them on the day where different sporting codes will entertain them.

“We hope this will help more children join the team as parents and community members will see how well club members are able to play soccer, javelin, discus, shot put and running,” he said.

Mathibela said they also hope to use the day as a recruiting day.
