A call for the candidacy attributed to the Autonomous National Electoral Commission (CENa) has been circulating on social networks for a while. The said document, which resembles a collection of fraudulent data, does not come from this Commission headed by the retired State Inspector General, Abdoulaye Sylla.

According to a source close to the CENA, joined by our colleagues from PressAfrik. “It’s fake news,” she complains. For our interlocutor: “The information does not come from the CENA and any sane person could suspect that”

Continuing, our source underlines that the new members of the CENA who number 12 have not settled how they can proceed with recruitment.

PressAfrik also visited the CENA website without finding this call for applications.
