ANACIM forecasts for this Tuesday, September 12, 2023…

The National Agency for Civil Aviation and Meteorology (ANACIM) announced its forecasts for this Tuesday. Rain is expected to fall in several locations this afternoon, before stabilizing by tomorrow.

“During this afternoon going into the evening, rain could be recorded in the Center-West (Fatick, Kaolack, Mbour, Dakar, Thiès) and South-West (Ziguinchor, Sédhiou and Cap-Skirring) localities. Elsewhere, the weather will be calm with skies that will be temporarily cloudy to overcast in places. From this night, stability will gradually settle in the territory causing good weather”announced ANACIM in its bulletin published this Tuesday, September 12.

“The humid heat will be relatively sensitive in the country with temperatures which will be between 31°C in Dakar and 40°C in Matam. Visibilities will generally be good. The prevailing winds will be from the West and of weak to moderate intensities”adds ANACIM.
