The National Agency for Civil Aviation and Meteorology (ANACIM) has announced the weather forecast for the next 24 hours. According to the agency, nighttime coolness will still be in effect.

“The next 24 hours will be marked by sunny weather over almost the entire territory. However, cloudy periods will be expected on the Dakar – Saint-Louis axis. The heat will persist slightly over a large part of the country, particularly in the central and eastern regions where the maximum temperatures will oscillate between 36 and 38°C. On the other hand, on the coast, temperatures will not exceed 33°C. The feeling of freshness at night and in the morning will be essential in the territory, especially in inland localities where minimum temperatures will fluctuate between 19 and 21°C.announces ANACIM in its bulletin of this Wednesday, December 6.

Visibilities will be generally good throughout the territory. The prevailing winds will be of low to moderate intensity and from the North to North-East sector on the coast becoming North-East to East elsewhere. », adds ANACIM.
